The expected positive impact of entrepreneurship training for six institutions supported by SDP
From this Monday 31st October 2016, the Skills Development Project (SDP) conducted a training of four days at to entrenerneuship trainers of the six technical institutions supported by SDP.
The six schools said below (Kinihira VTC, EST Busogo, IPRC West, IPRC East, Kabarondo VTC and Kirehe VTC) have been constructed, rehabilitated and equipped by SDP under the Workforce Development Authority.
In this training the master trainer, Yahya Hassani, present the conceptual basis in entrepreneurship and provide some advice for its positive impact to income generating activities in six institutions by using the facilities offered by the project.
This entrepreneurship training can give the good results when the management of the six institutions take responsibility to use the good equipment they have received, according to their specific needs.
It will help the six institutions to buy the consumables which are important in the sustainability of the training. It can also be part of the solution to address the problem of unemployment rates that the people of the workforce face.
